Terms & Conditions

  • Maximum of two people age 21+ per membership.

  • Membership is a three-month minimum commitment and automatically renews unless otherwise specified.

  • You can suspend your membership for up to five months with a 60-day advance notice on suspension dates.

  • Credit card on file will be automatically billed the last week of each month based on wine retail value plus applicable tax. You will be notified via email as to your monthly allotment charge.

  • Cancellations must be provided in writing or by email 30 days prior to the invoicing date of the next shipment. Cancellation requests can be sent to drink@turquoisewinebar.com

  • Wine releases are available for pickup at our Glendale location for 30 days. Members can request an extension on pickups by email to  drink@turquoisewinebar.com

  • If picking up an outdated shipment, you may be asked to take an alternate wine. Your account will be credited or charged if there is a difference in wine price. 

  • Credits and refunds not available. 

  • Special orders are not eligible for credit or refund.

  • Declined Cards: Memberships with unpaid monthly invoices will be cancelled after 60 days of non-pay.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order for assistance. For fastest results, email us at drink@turquoisewinebar.com
